Eastern Wok Restaurant is proud to present you with various cuisines from China. We offer cuisines brought about by the different Muslim communities from Lanzhou, Gansu province, some Hui Muslim-infused cuisine from the Anhui province, and also dishes brought about by the Xinjiang Muslim community. We have 3 signature dishes. First up is the chicken hotpot, a chicken dish infused with herbs and spices from the Xinjiang area. We also have the vegetable and meat skewers, the Chinese version of kebab, lightly spiced and marinated so that the true flavours of the meats come to the fore. Next up, is the barramundi grilled fish that comes in 2 styles: You can either get the garlic fragrant grilled fish or the refreshing pickled vegetable grilled fish (exclusively in our Bedok outlet) Whilst the traditional Lanzhou noodles are handmade, we have introduced technology from which our calibrated machine is able to produce a bowl of fresh noodles from pure flour in a matter of fewer than 30 seconds. Our fine blend of Lanzhou herbs and spices that are used for our beef broth comes directly from Lanzhou, the capital city of Gansu Province. We have also added a local variety of Tom yum noodles to suit the local tastebuds.
