Garlic Multiplex Powder, a mixed spice that is derived from infused, raw, dried, fried and roasted garlic and used in cooking for flavor enhancement. The process of making multi garlic powder includes drying and dehydrating, then powdering it through machinery or home-based appliances depending on the scale of production. The benefits is to better enhance and strengthen the food aroma or taste in comparison to natural garlic powder. Low in bacteria count and ideal for seasoning, marinade, porridge or soup base.
Usage Directions Seasoning Powder (5-7%)
Fries, fried chicken, popcorn, onion rings, all types of cooked food or snacks
Preparation Instruction (2 Pax):
Deep fry 100g of fries
Cool fries after frying
Sprinkle 7g of seasoning powder
Marinade Powder (5%)
Chicken, Meat, Seafood or Vegetables
Preparation Instruction (2 Pax):
Apply dry rub 10g of marinade powder directly or mixture 10g of marinade powder and 10g of water to 200g meat
Put in fridge for at least 2 hours, best is overnight
Deep / pan fried until golden brown and serve
