Jajangmyeon, is a Korean noodle dish topped with a thick sauce made of chunjang, diced pork, and vegetables. Variants of the dish use seafood, or other meats. Jajang is derived from the Chinese word zhájiàng, which means "fried sauce".

Marinade Powder (5%)

Preparation Instruction (2 Pax):
Apply dry rub 10g of marinade powder directly or mixture 10g of marinade powder and 10g of water to 200g meat
Put in fridge for at least 2 hours, best is overnight
Deep / pan fried until golden brown and serve
