Mala is a spicy and numbing seasoning made from Sichuan peppercorn and chili pepper. It is made by simmering it in oil and other spices. Characteristic of Sichuan cuisine, particularly Chongqing cuisine, has become one of the most popular ingredients in Chinese cuisine and spawned many regional countries.
Usage Directions
Seasoning Oil (0.5-1% = 2-3 drops)
All types of cooked food or snacks
Preparation Instruction (2 Pax):
Fry 250g of noodles or rice with meat and vegetables
Turn off heat after frying
Put 2-3 drops of oil and mix well
